We had the pleasure of sitting down with comedian and actor Isy Suttie to discuss the recent rise of sound therapy; in particular vibroacoustic therapy. You can find our segment on BBC Sounds now where we feature at around 13 minutes in, but the whole program is well worth a listen. Isy also speaks with British Academy of Sound Therapy founder Lyz Cooper as well as authors of ‘the world’s most relaxing song’ Marconi Union. Finally, Isy sits down with a patient struggling with Alzheimer’s Disease and experiences firsthand the power of music and memory.
